Removed and replaced 75,000 SF concrete warehouse floor in three-phases to ensure the owner remained in operation.

Hurricane Damage

Repairs 26-unit, multi-story harbor condominium community, securing permits, working with multiple insurance carriers, multiple subcontractors to restore units to pre-loss condition.

Explosion Damage

Rebuild 6-story spray dryer building and installed a wet scrubber, a stainless dryer CIP piping, feed lines and cyclone system; and installed stainless handrails and catwalk.

New Construction – Barn Build

Dirt work, concrete work, MEPs and installation of pre-engineered metal building with oversized, overhead doors, walk doors and framed out office space.

Tornado Damage Rebuild

Constructed pre-engineer metal building, MEP and feed lines to plastic injection molding equipment
