Providing construction services since 2007
When it comes to catastrophic (CAT) events such as tornados, hurricanes, floods, etc., often the most important factor is mitigating business interruption and getting facilities back up and running as quickly as possible. When we arrive on-site our team works closely with owners, managers, maintenance crews, and others to create a game plan that best suits the individual needs of our clients. Whether the best path forward is to focus on repairing key points of a building, constructing temporary work areas, or simply fast tracking the entire project can only be determined on an individual basis. We work to find the best strategy for each of the unique companies and facilities we work for.
Our goal at the Tines Group is always to finish a project as quickly and economically as possible. When it comes to catastrophe zones it is often hard to source materials and labor as the market can be overwhelmed by demand. We have a long history of being able to source both local labor and materials as well as having the ability to bring a large labor force with us anywhere we go. Having the proper professionals in place to be able to complete each different type of work included in a project is key to ensuring efficient timelines and getting our customers back to normal.
After a CAT event often the first priority is to survey the impacted location and figure out which components were damaged and which weathered the storm. With experience in a wide range of projects and situations our team is perfectly suited to quickly address damages and generate a scope of work. It is important to gain as much information as possible early to ensure that a project can stay on pace even with the uncertainties of post disaster reconstruction. We believe it is vital for all associated parties to get on the same page early and continue to work together to ensure a quick and efficient reconstruction process.
With a long history of working with insurance carriers we understand the process in which claim related work must be completed and documented. We work closely with the carrier throughout the entire reconstruction process to ensure that scope and cost is agreed upon early and properly revised as unforeseen conditions arise. Over the course of a project we thoroughly document damages and repairs to ensure that carriers have everything they need in order to quickly settle claims and move on. We understand the strain a CAT event can put on a business and work to make the process as easy as possible so our clients can get back to doing what they do best.
