Our team works with insurance adjusters and the insured and their contractor to schedule, inspect, define and reach an agreed scope of mitigation/repairs and costs and ensure the mitigation/repairs move forward to restore the insured property as it was prior to the loss event.

Our team uses its extensive construction and building experience and expertise to accurately assess commercial property damage to define the scope of damage and required repairs for insurance claims "like kind quality" (LKQ). 

While on-site, our team extensively documents all aspects of the Insured's loss location from the square footages to the particular finishes. Our team takes detailed photographs and scope notes to enable us to prepare comprehensive reports outlining our findings, estimated cost for the project and professional opinion on how to proceed.

Our team has a deep understanding of construction design, building materials and costs and damage assessments. We develop our repair estimates to calculate the insured's exposure of   LKQ economically and equitably.

Our team understands the urgency of commercial insurance claims, especially in CAT situations, so we endeavor to begin the consulting process immediately when we receive a claim from an adjuster. 

From the time we contact the insured to schedule our joint inspections, to the inspection and scope documentation, to developing reports and estimates, we strive to turn around reports within seven (7) working days while continuing to work with the insured's contractor to reach an agreed scope and cost of repair.
