About Us

 Tines Group Inc. (TGI) is a construction management and building consulting firm specializing in design/build ground-up construction, commercial construction management, and CAT and other disaster restoration projects from the North Slope of Alaska to Key West, Florida and everywhere in between since 2007.

Our projects and experience range from commercial loss inspections and scope documentation to provide clerking and/or construction management to serving as the general contractor responsible for all aspects of repairs. 

Our team has been responsible and worked on standard commercial losses to highly complex industrial manufacturing plant loss/rebuilds ranging from $10,000 to $30+ million. 

We work closely with Fortune 500 insurance carriers to ensure their clients are taken care of and are made whole as quickly as possible. We work with the Insured and their Contractor to develop the right scope of mitigation/repair and reach an agreed cost for mitigation/repairs to move the insurance claim forward.

With offices in Kansas City, St. Louis, and Dallas, we are centrally located allowing us to mobilize quickly to hit the ground running assessing damage and planning projects.
