Clerks or Clerks of the Works are a valuable asset in observing the project and alerting the team to deviations, discoveries or concerns. Clerks are the eyes and ears for the team. 

Our team has served as Clerks on various sized project scopes and square footages from 10,000 SF restaurant fire mitigation to 500 room hotel hurricane damage mitigation claims.

During the mitigation process, there are a lot of moving parts: labor coming/going, subcontractors coming/going, equipment placement/movement, consumable usage/replacement. Sometimes its difficult to keep a handle on all of the moving parts and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Our team knows what it takes to monitor and document daily activities such as sign-in/sign-out documents, photos of daily progress, daily/weekly reports to adjusters, working with the mitigation team to ensure surprises and challenges are addressed immediately, rather than having to wait for answers.

Our team will provide you with real time updates on the mitigation activities and progress so we can discuss schedules, costs, challenges and make adjustments as and if necessary.

This enables us to track labor cost, equipment costs and consumable costs far more accurately, because we are there, on-site observing and documenting.
